Error description

  • CA version: 11.2.3, 11.1.7 FP5
    Tested with Chrome, Firefox and Edge
    
    Steps to Repro:
    Open Event Studio by clicking New -> Other Application -> Event
    Studio
    Open any Package
    Click 'add a task -> Send an email'
    Open any data items and right Click, There is an option 'Insert
    as Data Items'
    Click it. Nothing will happen.
    
    As an alternate option, when I drag and Drop data Items or do a
    double click, it gets added to Message body.
    
    Long back same issue is being fixed as per below RTC:

    Not checked it in old release but in latest release, its not
    working.
