  *                      2- asnmon should support arch_level     *
  *                      1021 in IBMSNAP_MONPARMS                *
  ****************************************************************
  1- Q Capture called ICU with the wrong function name because
  the version number for IXMI58UC in the library list is
  incorrect.
  2- When running asnmon on z/OS, arch_level 1021 in
  IBMSNAP_MONPARMS should be tolerated, so that customers can run
  asnmon on LUW using the same IBMSNAP_MONPARMS table.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- Q Capture updates version num for IXMI58UC in ICU supported
  library list
  2- asnmon supports arch_level 1021.
  Note: ASNCLP has been updated from v1158 s2303101022.
