APT_DATE_ADD_ROLLOVER environment variable is effective for the following transformer functions.
DateOffsetByComponents()
TimestampOffsetByComponents()
TimestampOffsetByComponents()
(*)For differences in behavior, refer to JR42002: DataStage parallel transformer function DateOffsetByComponents does not provide correct output.
