Problem

Error occurs when opening a TM1Web report

Symptom

ERROR
Limits exceeded
The action has been terminated because it exceeds the configured maximum memory limit.

Resolving The Problem

1. Make a backup copy of the report before making changes

2. Open the report and select the first blank row at the bottom of the report and on the keyboard select the following keys sequence:
Select ctrl-shift-page down and delete all rows.

3. Then, select your first blank column and perform ctrl-shift-right and delete all columns

4. Save the report

5. If problem persists, the WorkbookMaxCellCount parameter must be increased
