**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Administration Tool for z/OS * * who use Object Compare * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Object Compare generates changes * * for a table space and a table or index * * that it contains, multiple RUNSTATS * * utility statements might be generated, * * but only one statement is needed. * **************************************************************** Object Compare might generate RUNSTATS INDEX, RUNSTATS TABLESPACE with the TABLE clause and RUNSTATS TABLESPACE (without the TABLE clause). However, when RUNSTATS TABLESPACE is generated, all objects in the table space will be processed, so the other RUNSTATS statements are not needed.
Problem conclusion
