Problem summary

  • The Configuration Service is ignoring its configuration files
thus making it impossible to be set up in mixed mode with TLS.

Problem conclusion

  • Configuration resources have been added into the
server-3.0.0.jar which activated some legacy functionality. The
legacy code is loading the configuration files from the .jar
file instead from the the external "conf" folder. This was found
 to be a regression from ADDI 6.1.1 and currently isolated only
to ADDI 6.1.1-ifix1. The server-3.0.0.jar was regenerated after
removing the legacy source code, and the .jar file was
redeployed on the customer's ADDI 6.1.1-ifix1 fixing the
problem.
