Problem
階層に要素を追加する際に、その要素名が既に別名で使用されていると"Failed to create element"エラーが発生する。
Resolving The Problem
この動作は仕様です。TM1サーバーは、階層に追加されようとしている要素(メンバー）名が既に別名で使用されている場合、追加を許可しません。
正し、集約には例外的に使用することができます。
