Error description
When preforming a secure restore from a special build or from a non special build to a special build the restore may fail with a version mismatch. Example 10.5.0.0ab to 10.5.0.0 would fail while 10.5.0.0ab to 10.5.0.0ab would succeed.

Secure Restore will fail when backup was generated on a special build and the target is a standard build.
