Problem
"Failed to create element" error occurs when attempting to add an element to a hierarchy, when the element name (added to hierarchy) exists as an Alias for an element in a dimension.
Resolving The Problem
The error is expected. The server does not allow adding an element/member to hierarchy if that element/member name is already being used as an alias. There is an exception where it is allowed for a consolidation.
