IJ44545: FORECAST DATA IS DELETED WHEN CHANGING THE STATUS IF THE NEW STATUS HAS THE SAME INTERNAL VALUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PROBLEM: Forecast data is deleted when changing the status if
  the new status has the same internal value.
  
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Domains application
  Find PMSTATUS
  Add new status
  
  Set Internal Value: ACTIVE
  Set Value: ACTIVE2
  
  Click OK
  
  2. Go to Preventive Maintenance application
  Create a PM
  Set assetnum: 11430
  In Frequency Tab -Time Based Frequency Tab
  Set Frequency as 2 Days and Set Estimated Next Due Date as Today
  
  Change status to ACTIVE
  
  3. Click More Actions / Generate forecast
  
  
  4. Change status from ACTIVE to ACTIVE2
  
  
  
  RESULT: Forecast data created in step 3 is deleted when change
  status from ACTIVE ( internal value: ACTIVE)  to ACTIVE2 (same
  internal value: ACTIVE )
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:  Forecast data should not be deleted.
