• Routes application, Inspection Form field allows
  any value to be entered and saved to the UI and
  database.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Go To Planning > Routes
  Create Route: TEST
  In the Route Stops section
  Inspection Form: enter BADVALUE
  2) Save
  
  RESULTS: The Inspection Form field takes any values (BADVALUE)
  entered and saves it in the UI and Database.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: To have a message stating that the information
  is incorrect or does not allow you to save the invalid
  information.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: 7.6.1.2
