Error description

• Event listener, message tracking and message store are not
  working for the LOCMETERREADING object.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create an object structure with an LOCMETERREADING object.
  2. Create a Publish channel with this object structure.
  3. Enable event listener, message tracking, message store and
  publish JSON.
  4. Add this publish channel to external system and enable this
  publish channel in the external system.
  5. Create a new location. And add a continuous meter to it.
  6. To Validate for LOCMETERREADING - Add meter readings for
  continuous meters in Locations record from More Actions -> Enter
  Meter Readings.
  
  RESULTS:
  Messages are not triggered.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Messages are triggered.
