Question
Is gRPC protocol supported in ACE or APIC?
We have a requirement to support gRPC backend system.
This API needs to be exposed as a proxy in ACE or APIC
Does any of these products support gRPC protocol or any other way to implement it?
Answer
From both ACE v12.0.6 and APIC v10.0.5, there is no support for gRPC protocol.
Customers to open a new IBM Idea (formerly Request For Enhancement - RFE) to add this new functionality

Once the new Idea is raised, it gets assessed and prioritized against the existing backlog, and other strategic imperatives that the Development organization has for the products.
There is no guarantee that this new Idea will make it into any future version of the product, however you do need to raise it in order for it to come under consideration.
