Known Issue in Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities 8.5: Deleting custom score type then editing a score type causes an error when the environment does not have the DGA SigOption

Troubleshooting

Problem

Deleting custom score type then editing a score type causes an error when the environment does not have the DGA sigoption.

Symptom

In Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities, the BMXAA8727E error message is shown when you create or edit a score type right after you delete a score type.

Cause

DataSource in Edit score type page is not reloaded after the score type is deleted if the environment does not have the DGA sigoption. This causes a gap between the current data and the actual data.

Affected versions:

IBM Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities 8.5 and later (in Maximo Application Suite 8.9 and later)

Resolving The Problem

System message can be closed. It does not affect any function or block the page. To avoid the system message, try not to directly delete a score type once you get into Score types tab. Create or edit a score type before you delete that one.
