  * RECOMMENDATION:  Apply Fix Pack that contains this APAR.     *
  ****************************************************************
  When the user disables the non-SSL port for the administrative
  console, the addNode command fails with a generic file transfer
  exception. This APAR improves the error message to identify that
  the
  non-SSL port is not listening.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
