Troubleshooting
Problem
A valid Azure connection, created by using Secure Gateway, fails to test successfully.
Symptom
Error:
Connection failed due to invalid credentials.
Environment
Planning Analytics on Cloud
Azure database that uses a hostname similar to xxxx.database.windows.net
Resolving The Problem
The username must be suffixed with the data source hostname.
For example, if my hostname is myazure.database.windows.net and my user is test, the username in Planning Analytics will be test@myazure
