PH49445: BACKUP OPTION FOR INPUT CARDS DOES NOT CREATE FILES USING A RELATIVE PATH WHEN RUN UNDER REST API

Error description

• It may be observed that when using the IBM Transformation
  Extender (ITX) 10.1.x REST API to execute maps, backup file
  locations that are specified with a relative path will NOT
  create the backup files in the expected place.
  
  Example:  A map placed under /data/maps with a backup location
  set to ../backup/
  
  The same map run under Command Server would create the backup
  files in /data/backup/.  The REST API potentially would fail to
  create the backup files, or they may appear in an unexpected
  location.
