Error description

  • AD Build - Failed to create a project if SQL User password
contain special characters like § char.

Local fix

  • n/a

Problem summary

  • The output decrypted user & password returned in UTF8 by the
java module was not converted to multibyte (with codepages)
before trying to use them for connecting to the relational DB
server (if the UTF8 chars fell inside the ANSI range it works
    without this conversion).

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed by converting the decrypted user & password from UTF8 to
    multibyte before using them.

Temporary fix
