Error description

  • Problem
    When you have the same mr numbers in 2 different Organizations
    and one of the MRs has an mrline that has a storeroom associated
    from a different site than the site on the MR header you Receive
     BMXAA1758E error in the Inventory Usage application
    
    Steps to Reproduce
    First make sure you have an approved work order in the Woking
    site and an approved work order in Fleet site
    
    
    Change Default insert site to Fleet
    Go to Desktop Requisition application
    Create a new  and populate the Requisition field = 2000
    Populate the Work Order field = with work order for fleet site
    Click Continue
    From Requisitions Lines Click new row
    Populate Item field with an item from Bedford Site and Central
    Storeroom
    Populate all the required fields
    Click Continue and then Submit
    MR should be in approved status
    
    Change Default insert site to Woking
    Create a new MR populate the Requisition number = 2000 same as
    Fleet MR
    Populate the Work Order field with = Woking approved work order
    Click Continue
    From Requisitions Lines Click new row
    Add an item from Woking site and storeroom
    Populate all required fields
    Click Continue and Submit
    Working MR should be in APPR status
    
    Change Default Insert Site to Bedford
    Go to Inventory Usage application
    Create a new record
    Populate from Storeroom Field= Central
    Click on Select Reserved Items
    Filter for your work order or mrnum
    You item should be listed > Select the item and click OK
    
    Results
    You receive system message " BMXAA1758E - This item is not on
    this line."
    
    Expected Results
    You should not receive the system message and continue with the
    inventory usage record
