Error description
Steps to reproduce: 1. Need to have a valid SMTP host set up with an email server that will work with email listener in Manage. 2. Need to have a separate email account created to use for email listener testing. 3. If using office 365, need to set up email listener in Manage Email listener application using oauth authentication. 4. Once email listener is set up and active , send a free form email with any Subject and any Message to the listener email account for processing . Make sure email is sent in HTML format. 5. Once email is processed by the listener , the user who sent the email will receive an email that an SR was created. 6. Go to the SR application in Manage and locate the SR mentioned in the email sent. Result: Notice the Details section of the SR is missing. Expected results: Details section should display with the contents of the Email message sent to listener in the details section. Note: If sending plain text emails to the email listener, then details section in the created SR will display correctly.
