Create a report that lists group names with zero member count or empty groups

Summary

This document explains the frontend user steps to create a report that displays group descriptions that have zero members in it.

Objective

Currently, there is no predefined interactive GUI report or query available that displays name of groups that have no members in it.
Based on the business requirements user can create a report to display the groups with no members in it.
GUI User "admin" or user with appropriate privileges for reporting can do this task.

Steps

With the Custom Domain, we can use the "Having Conditions" to check member count of zero.
 Here are the steps to build the report-
1- Custom Domain Builder:

3- Provide the intended domain name:

4- Click the "Filter" button that opens a popup window. Clear the "Custom" checkbox and write "Group" and click "Save"-

5- Move the "Group" entity from Available entities to Domain entities.

6- Now do a similar Filter search to show up "Group Member" in the "Available entities".
Once the "Group Member" shows up, select the group ID from the drop down and place an outer join.

7- Click on the "Add Pair" button.

8- Now move over the Group Member from the Available entity to domain entity.

Apply these changes and then create a report by using custom query-report builder with this configuration:

In this way, a GUI report by using Custom Query-Report Builder can be prepared to display the Group Descriptions with zero count of members.
