  CSQ3009E messages that indicate an 0D7-00000025 abend are
  issued in an application that connects into MQ with an RRS
  context after applying APAR PH40928 and refreshing QMGR ERLY
  code.
  
  The abend is caused by calling a function in an inappropriate
  way.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so that the function that was being
  called inappropriately is now called correctly.
