Error description

• Add support of Db2 13 function level 502.
  The IMPORT command returns an error when specifying the
  dataset in quotes.
  Add command IMPORT to the command list on the ETI$EDIT panel.

  The support for the function level 502 in the APPLCOMPAT bind
  option for Db2 version 13 was added in the Tools Customizer.
  If you specify a dataset in quotes when using the "IMPORT"
  command, then the ETI620E error is not returned anymore.
  Add "IMPORT" command to the command list on the ETI$EDIT panel.
