Error description

• PROBLEM:
  Maximo users having Color Blindness so unable to differentiate
  that long description boxes have more information when it turns
  to green color in all applications. As Maximo users are having
  Color Blindness so unable to differentiate that long description

  applications.
  
  From our Client organization 8% of the population having
  red/green color blindness, having an icon turn green to indicate
  that there is more information is not an effective way for a
  large number of users.
  
  In general, does Maximo have any kind of solution for such
  people(Red/Green Color blindness) those could differentiate
  icons/text clearly. Note: It's not only about long description
  icon even it could applicable across Maximo icons/text.
