Troubleshooting
Problem
The accessmgr account is no longer able to log in to the Central Manager by using the Guardium GUI.
Performed the following steps did not resolve the issue:
1. Provided support the accessmgr passkey: support show passkey accessmgr
2. The password received from support still fails to log in
3. Tried running unlock accessmgr and reattempting the log in also failed.
4. Tried support reset-password accessmgr to generate a new accessmgr passkey and repeat steps #3 also fails.
This issue is being addressed in APAR - GA18185
Resolving The Problem
Contact Guardium Support to use root access to manually set the accessmgr password.
