IJ43997: THE SHIFT OF A LABOR OR CREW RESOURCE CANNOT BE CHANGED FROM THE GRAPHICAL VIEW

Error description

• Need a Right Click action in Graphical Work Week, Graphical
  Resource View and at the Graphical Assignment to allow changing
  the Shift value associated with the resource.
  
  Proposed solution:
  Graphical Work Week - Offer at the Resource section for a Single
  or multiple lines - resource column, select enable an action
  called - Change Shift action - This action should open a dialog
  and offer a lookup of Shifts that are available based on
  Calendar and Shift select at the SKDPROJECT record in order to
  avoid problems on select something will get this resource out of
  the criteria.

  this resource out of the criteria.
  After doing this action the OK at the dialog should trigger a
  Refresh in order to get the new resource available on the new
  Shift selected.
  
  PROBLEM:
  The user can't change from the Graphical View the Shift of a
  Resource - Labor or Crew
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Be Able to modify the Labor/Crew Shift direct at the Graphical
  Applications
