Troubleshooting
Problem
The server is visible in Architect and login goes through successfully, but while accessing TM1 Web, no servers are appearing in the list.
There might be an error in the "webapps/tm1web/WEB-INF/logs/tm1web.log" file indicating that it was unable to find parameter "batchID".
Resolving The Problem
- Restart the Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services application in Windows Services
- Enter the "admin host" parameter manually to ensure it is connecting to the correct host
If these steps did not resolve the issue, the "ibmtm1.arm" from the tm1_64 directory might be missing. The certificate needs to be imported to the TM1 Web keystore that was set from the instructions in the documentation found here:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6323649
This certificate can be exported from any browser by accessing the following URL and then exporting the certificate from the address bar:
https://<adminhost>:5898/api/v1/Servers
