Diagnosing The Problem

Review the documentation here to set up the Developer toolkit (DTK).
If you encounter any issues, depending on the nature of your problem, provide the requested diagnostics.

Developer toolkit (IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud and On-Prem)

  • Issues during the Developer Toolkit(DTK) setup
    1. om-compose.properties
    2. Exact command used to execute the process 
    3. All available log files from <Path>/devtoolkit_docker/compose/logs folder
 
  • Issues during customization package build in the DTK environment
    1. devtoolkit_extensions.xml
    2. The exact command used to execute the process and log output
      • Example: ./sci_ant.sh -f <path>/devtoolkit_extensions.xml export
    3. Generated extensions.jar (present in the parent directory of your runtime directory)
 
  • Issues while importing the extensions to the DTK environment -
    1. extensions.jar
    2. om-compose.properties
    3. The exact command used to execute the process and log the output
      • Example:./om-compose.sh update-extn <full_path_to_extensions.jar>
