For this MustGather topic, we review issues related to fix pack (minor version) or major version (v10) upgrade.
Diagnosing The Problem
Please answer the following questions: |
- What is the source version and fix pack level of Sterling OMS? (Version that you are upgrading from)
- What is the target version and fix pack level of Sterling OMS? (Version that you are upgrading to)
- What are the steps followed for the upgrade? Provide IBM documentation link used for upgrade or detailed steps followed.
- Have you made any changes to the property files before running the migration?
- Provide the location from which the data migration steps were performed. For example, /opt/IBM/OMS/Migration/9.x
- At what step in the upgrade process is the error encountered, and what is the error message?
- Provide the step number with a link to the IBM documentation (followed by a snippet of the error stack trace)
- A complete log that contains the error.
