APAR status

Error description

  • IBM Spectrum Protect SLA Policy creation wizard loses user input
    form data if Back button is clicked.
    
    1) Navigate to the Policy Overview screen.
    2) Click on Add SLA Policy.
    3) Select Policy Type and click Next button.
    4) Fill in Policy Rules form and click Next button.
    5) At the Review step click Back button.
    6) SLA Wizard will return to the Policy Rules step.
    
    The Policy Rules form will not retain previously user input form
    data.  Certain form fields and controls will return to their
    default state requiring the user to refill form.
    
    
    Affected Versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.11 and later.

Problem conclusion

  • IBM Spectrum Protect Plus "Add SLA Policy" wizard has been
    fixed.   Click of the Back button at the Review step will return
    to the Policy Rules step with all form fields and controls
    retaining previously entered data.
