Enter additional information and click on Next. . Who is the requested for?: click on Next. . Add a photo or video of the issue?: click on No. . Where is the issue located?: click on Skip this step. . What asset is the requested for?: click on Skip this step. . Click on Submit Request. RESULTS: At this point, the Active Requests page locks and does not display any request. EXPECTED RESULTS: The page should display the active requests.
