  • Problem Description:
    The issue occurs in Portuguese Maximo 7.6.1.2 Work Centers
    7.6.0.4, when the internet browser language is set to
    Portuguese.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Login to Submit a Service Request Work Center.
    
    2. Submit new request against any Category:
    . Describe the issue: select None of the above and click on
    Next.
    . Enter additional information and click on Next.
    . Who is the requested for?: click on Next.
    . Add a photo or video of the issue?: click on No.
    . Where is the issue located?: click on Skip this step.
    . What asset is the requested for?: click on Skip this step.
    . Click on Submit Request.
    
    RESULTS:
    At this point, the Active Requests page locks and does not
    display any request.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    The page should display the active requests.
