Error description

Local fix
Update to SP06 or Greater will allow update to continue.
Problem summary
Error in previously supplied fix for IJ37912. Upgrade blocked until SP06 applied, even though normal upgrade should have been allowed. SP06+ required message appears even when upgrade should be allowed to continue.
Problem conclusion
Dynamically created .ver files for KINWIINSMSTR, KNT64CMA, and KNTWICMA will confuse the install to classifying the install media as not having required components. Since those .ver files are not found on the install media, a warning message stating SP06+ is required to be installed first will appear. Fix provided tests for those component .ver files and will no longer block an upgrade based on them.
