  Problem Description:
  
  
  The tacmd addbundles command previously did not require the
  user to have performed tacmd login before executing.
  
  
  Now, if we attempt tacmd addbundles it returns:
  
  /opt/Tivoli/itm/bin/tacmd addbundles -i `pwd` -t lz
  
  KUIC02012E: You already logged out.
  
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  Install TEMS 630 FP7 SP10 or
  
  Install UE 630 FP7 SP10
  
  Execute the command to add the KLZ Agent bundles to the local
  TEMS depot
         /opt/Tivoli/itm/bin/tacmd addbundles -i `pwd` -t lz
   Observe the error returned to the user:
         KUIC02012E: You already logged out.
