  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Administration Tool for z/OS    *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When changing the index buffer pool and *
  *                      use_utility_options = N, the change job *
  *                      fails to remove the advisory            *
  *                      REORG-pending (AREOR) status, because   *
  *                      the REORG INDEX utility ran with the    *
  *                      SHRLEVEL NONE option. Also, the change  *
  *                      includes three START DB ACC(RW)         *
  *                      commands when only one is needed.       *
  ****************************************************************
  The user is using Change Management (CM) to change the index
  buffer pool and specifies NO for the use_utility_options
  parameter.  The resulting REORG INDEX statement has no SHRLEVEL
  option, so Db2 uses the default SHRLEVEL NONE.  This utility
  execution leaves the index in AREOR status after the change,
  which is not what the user wants. REFERENCE is a better SHRLEVEL
  value for REORG INDEX during changes.
  
  Another problem is that the change has three START DB ACC(RW)
  commands for the same table space when only one is needed.
