ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog container image pull failure in mirror image action of air gap install

Question

In brand new airgap install of Cloud Pak for Business Automation(CP4BA)21.0.3 ifix011, ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog container image has not been pulled in mirror images action. Per the csv ibm-cloud-native-postgresql-4.5.0-images.csv in Case Archive ibm-cp-automation-3.2.11.tgz, the digest for the image is cpopen/ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog@sha256:4b09002a8a9f0f6832c3f21cf0e6a129274279e4f72907b5faec58b4d3100411.

The missing directly caused the pods of ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog always under ImagePullBackOff state, while checking the pod event details, the following error messages were shown

Failed to pull image "<private_container_registry_server>:5001/cpopen/ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog@sha256:4b09002a8a9f0f6832c3f21cf0e6a129274279e4f72907b5faec58b4d3100411": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = reading manifest sha256:4b09002a8a9f0f6832c3f21cf0e6a129274279e4f72907b5faec58b4d3100411 in <private_container_registry_server>:5001/cpopen/ibm-cpd-cloud-native-postgresql-operator-catalog: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

We followed the below IBM Documentation link using FileNet Content Manager image group subset to mirror image.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

IBM Documentation regarding image group subset information for FileNet Content Manager is not correct.

Add the following tag into current image group subset for FileNet Content Manager
ibmEdbStandard
