IJ42466: ITEM MASTER APPLICATION THE ROTATING ITEM FIELD IS READ ONLY

Error description

• Problem
  Once an item is added to a storeroom the rotating field becomes
  read only and you do not have the option to change it from non
  rotating to rotating even though the current balance is 0
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  Go to Item Master application
  Create a new Item
  Populate Order and Issue Units = Each
  More Actions > Add Item to Storeroom = PKG
  Current Balance = leave blank
  Save the record
  Change status to Active and check the Roll New Status to
  Organizations and Inventory? field
  
  Results
  Notice the Rotating field is read only
  
  Expected Results
  The Rotating field should be editable

  The problem was related to evaluating the rotating field as
  read-only.
  The rotating field will now be set to read-only considering the
  following conditions.
  1. If the inventory balance is greater than 0, it should be a
  read-only field.
  2. If the item is lotted, it should be a read-only field.
  3. If the item is active, added to the storeroom and is in use
  anywhere (matusetrans) or is in shipment/transfer (matrectrans)
  then it should be a read-only field.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  package: release\fix pack for Release 8.x Product
