Error description

• The Hub TEMS does not accommodate LDAP server environments that
  utilise referrals. In such environments, a request to one LDAP
  server can return a referral to another instead of the expected
  results of the search. Similarly, an attempt to
  bind/authenticate a user to the configured LDAP server will
  simply fail if the user's LDAP entry exists in a referred
  server.
  

Local fix

•  The code has been adapted to accommodate referrals to other
  LDAP servers and to follow those referrals in the process of
  authenticating a user.
  

Problem summary
