Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to use a RDX drive with GO BACKUP it will fail with msgCPF1EE5 - Device RMS01 not a tape device.
Resolving The Problem
The RDX drive is an optical device and they are not supported when using GO BACKUP. This is working as designed.
Note: The RDX drive will work with GO SAVE Option 21.
