Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to upload a visualization using the Manage Customization Custom visuals Upload custom visual option. The user realizes they do not have the option to upload custom visuals in the UI.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue, the user needs to be a member of the Library Administrators role.
