Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  
  When using multiple shifts in Graphical Scheduling with PM
  records and if one Shift duration is not an entire number
  (example 8:30) then the resource calculation result is 0:01.
  This is happening when the display mode for Resource load is
  MONTH, WEEK or DAY. If the display mode is Shift then the load
  is calculated correctly.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Prerequisites:
  1. Go to Calendars applications
  2. Create QTEST calendar with Start Date: 1/1/22 End Date:
  1/31/26
  3. Create 6 shifts
  QSA: Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10 PM
  QSB: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM
  QSC: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM
  QSD: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM
  QSE: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM
  QSF: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM
  
  4. Apply shifts to calendar
  5. Go to Job Plans application
  
  6. Create 4 Job Plans:
