  Enabled fix with the following steps.
  
    1.  In the "Advanced Hints" for the queries used in the master
  detail relationship, add masterDetailOptimization and set its
  value to 1.
    2.  Enable local cache for the queries used in the master
  detail relationship
    3.  For the report page, enable Visual Aids > Show Master
  Detail Relationships.
    4.  Locate the icon representing the master detail
  relationships on the report page authoring view. In the
  properties of the master detail relationships, open DATA >
  Properties and select all. This will enable the query cached
  with local cache, gets reused.
