Error description

• <p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">After
  migration from IIB to ACE is done, when launching the
  integration server, this error may occur:</span></p><p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">BIP9320E:
  Message Flow 'TestFlow', 'ca38ecac-869a-4327-8642-dc37e8571501'
  encountered a failure and could not start. </span></p><p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">BIP2211E:
  Invalid configuration attribute value '0', is not valid for
  target attribute 'commitCount', object 'TestFlow'; valid values
  are 'n >= 1'.</span></p><p> </p><p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">After,
  setting the value for the commitCount to 1, the flows can
  start.</span></p>
  

Local fix

• After, setting the value for the commitCount to 1, they were
  able to start the EGs without errors.
  

Problem summary

  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 using migrated
  broker with WLM policy.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When WLM policy files are migrated to ACE V11/V12, the blank
  values in original policy files are getting replaced with
  0/false and cause integration server startup to fail with <span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">below
  errors:</span>
   <p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">BIP9320E:
  Message Flow 'xxx',encountered a failure and could not start.
  </span></p><p><span
  style="font-size:12px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">BIP2211E:
  Invalid configuration attribute value '0', is not valid for
  target attribute 'yyyy', object 'xxx'; valid values are 'n >=
  1'.</span></p>
  

Problem conclusion

• Product is modified so that the blank policy values will be
  migrated properly and will no longer throw errors during
  integration server startup.
