  FF Database Sensor Printing utility (BBESPRNT) receives the
  sensor data collected time with leap second considered from IMS
  Tools Knowledge Base Sensor Data Repository. However, it
  redundantly adjusts the sensor data collected time with leap
  second, resulting incorrect sensor data collected time.
  

Problem conclusion

• FF Database Sensor Printing utility is modified to skip the leap
  second adjustment.
