Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool command CLREST abends with E37 reason code 4 when
  creating dataset for DBRM backups.  This occurs when there are
  a large number of packages to be freed.

  When CLREST is entered on the command line,
  the following errors might occur:
  
  System abend code E37, reason code 00000004.
  Abend in host command EXECIO or address environment routine TSO
  EXECIO error while trying to GET or PUT a record.
  FILE ALLOCDSN NOT FREED, DATA SET IS OPEN
  FILE ALLOCDSN NOT UNALLOCATED, DATA SET IS OPEN
  System abend code 001, reason code 00000004.
