RS03941: ERROR WHILE TRYING TO DELETE RESOURCES AND LIBRARIES FROM RES

Error description

• When using MSSQL 2019 server as the repository for the RES it is
  not possible to delete XOM resources an error message is printed
  "Could not get information from the XOM DAO"
