Problem summary

  • Latest Java 7.1, 7.1.4.85 JRE disables TLS 1.0 and 1.1 but does
not enable TLS 1.2 in control panel. JWS application failed to
start until it is updated to "Advanced Security Settings" in
java control panel to "Use TLS 1.2".

Problem conclusion

  • "The java file in jdk7 modified to reflect TLS 1.2 as default
and  TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 in control panel"
