For example, user userA sees two links:
Whereas user Administrator sees three links:
Cause
This is not a data integrity issue.
Before a formal module displays links, it reads from all associated link modules. If the current user does not have read access to some associated link modules, then links from those link modules are not displayed.
Diagnosing The Problem
1. Find out the link modules of the missing links
1a. Login as a user who can see the links that are missing from problem user
1b. Open the Properties of the objects with the missing links
1c. View the Links tab
1d. Identify the link module of the missing links.
2. Ensure that the link modules are visible in the DOORS Database Explorer
In DOORS Database Explorer, ensure View > Show Link Modules is checked.
3. Grant read access of the link module to the problem user
3a. Open the Properties of the link module
3b. Go to the Access tab and check the access rights of the problem user
For example, user userA does not have read access to this link module.
Resolving The Problem
Ensure that the problem user has read access to all associated link modules
