PH48235: SET DATA SECURITY FILTER ON TABLES DOES NOT FILTER BY A NAMESPACE BUT BY SELECTIUNG USERS

Error description

• When creating "Set data security" filter on Data Server in a
  Data Module, users want to chose namespaces with group of users
  to allow access to data. However, when they chose a namespace
  folder which is allowed by application, filter does not work,
  and all data is brought back.
  When  they pick up selected users from namespace, filter does
  work.
