APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a work order with an open PO is closed, an alert message is
  displayed informing you of the existence of the PO.
  
  However, on the second attempt to close the same work order,
  the message is not displayed and the work order is closed.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Go to PO application and create a new PO
  Complete all required fields
  
  2) Under PoLines tab
  add new row
  choose any item (1002)
  complete all required fields
  work order: complete with any approved work order
  
  3) Go to Work Order Tracking application and bring up the work
  order used int he step 2
  Change its status to CLOSE
  The following message will pop up on the screen
  BMXAA4577W - Open purchase orders exist here or at some point
  below in the hierarchy. Would you still like to change the
  status to Closed?
  Hint CANCEL
  
  Try to close this work order once again
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The work order will be closed without
  nay warning message of open POs.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The previous message should be shown again
  BMXAA4577W - Open purchase orders exist here or at some point
  below in the hierarchy. Would you still like to change the
  status to Closed?
  The work order should only be closed when the user clicks OK,
  agreeing to the action.
