IJ41207: CREATING AN ADHOC REPORT WITH THE ROS 'WO DETAILS WITH ACTUALS AND PLANS' FAILS ON COMMLOG

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In 7612, If you create an AdHoc report with the ROS 'Work Order
  Details with Actuals and PLans' and include data from the
  
  Communication Log table, you will get an error.
  
  BMXAA8093E -
  The report could not be created and the cause of the error
  cannot be determined. Try to create the report again, or
  contact your system administrator.
  BMXAA4176E - Attribute
  &SYNONYMLIST&_WOCLASS[WORKORDER, does not exist. Gather the
  logs from the <HOME> directory and determine the process or app
  referencing the invalid attribute.
  
  To duplicate, select a
  small sample of workorders and create an AdHooc report. Run
  Reports, Create Report.
  Click the content Tab and change the
  Parent Category to 'Work Orders Details with Actuals and
  Plans.
  From the WorOrder table, add wonum & description. Select
  the Communication Log table and select a field to add to the
  report.
  Click Preview to run the report.
  
  In the Report
  Object Structure application, Openthe ROS, REP_WOPLANACT
  If you
  go to the COMMLOG entry, you will see that the relationship is
  as follows.

  workorder.wogroup = :wogroup and
  workorder.siteid = :siteid ) and
  CommLog.OwnerTable in
  (:&synonymlist&_woclass[WORKORDER, ACTIVITY, CHANGE,

  If you
  compare this relationship to the one from 7611, you will see
  they are different.

Local fix

• Use the 7611 relationship to create a new relationship in 7612
  between WorkOrder & COMMLOG. Use this relationship in the
  Report Object Structure.
